Points Regarding Reservations (Read carefully before making a reservation.)
Once a reservation is complete, it may not be changed. Make sure that all reservation information is correct before beginning the reservation procedure.
Reservations may be canceled when the customer does not arrive at the hotel at the appointed check-in time. If your arrival may be delayed, please contact the facility directly.
Usage Conditions
Regarding Day Use
Depending on room availability, check-out time may be extended to 3 PM.
Late check-out (after 3 PM) is subject to an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate.
Check-out after 8 PM is subject to fees equivalent to a one-night stay.
Child Guests
Children 12 or younger may share their parent’s room free of charge.
Extra beds are available for $50.
Payment
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the room rate will be withdrawn from the specified account within 7 days of the reservation.
Confirmation of final payment is made at check-in.
Reservations made within 2 weeks of the customer’s arrival must be paid in full at reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Regulations
Cancellations made within 8 窶錀 15 days of arrival (15 窶錀 30 days of arrival during peak travel seasons) are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved room rate.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (14 days of arrival during peak travel seasons) are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reserved room rate.
If the customer does not stay at the hotel and fails to notify the facility, the customer will be billed for the full room rate.
Refunds will not be made after payment is complete.

予約成立後の内容変更はお受けできませんので、予約内容にお間違えがないかあらかじめご確認のうえ予約手続きを行ってください。
チェックイン予定時間を過ぎるとキャンセルとして取り扱われることがございますので、遅れる場合は直接宿泊施設までご連絡ください。
ご利用条件
デイ・ユースのご利用について
ご予約状況によっては、15:00までチェックアウトを延長することができます。
15:00以降のレイト・チェックアウトは、ご宿泊料金の50%の割増料金で承ります。
20:00を過ぎるレイト・チェックアウトは、一泊料金を申し受けます。
お子様のご宿泊について
12歳未満のお子様は、ご両親と同室であれば宿泊料は無料です。
エキストラ・ベッドは$50です。
お支払いについて
ご予約を確認してから7営業日以内に、ご指定の口座からご宿泊料金の30%をデジポットとしていただきます。
最終的なお支払いは、お客様のチェック・イン日に確定します。
ご到着予定日より2週間以内のご予約は、確定時に全額のお支払いが必要となります。
キャンセル規約
ご到着予定日の8～15日以前（ハイシーズンは到着予定日の15～30日以前）にご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、宿泊料総額の50%をキャンセル料金として申し受けます。
ご到着予定日の7日前以降（ハイシーズンは到着予定日の14日前以降）にご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、宿泊料総額の100%をキャンセル料金として申し受けます。
連絡無くご滞在頂かない場合は、宿泊料総額が自動的に請求されます。
